Benefits of Tea – beat flu’s and stress easily with this tea recipe

Food and health :

Been suffering from a bad fever and aches all over my body for the last few days & while pondering on health and how food influences it, here’s a small writeup, hope it helps ♥️

We have noticed a huge surge in viral fevers and flus the last few months and also while the monsoons are receding I’ve read an article today which mentioned that the Viral flu would thrive for the next few months as well.

However, given any season or situation, these few ingredients paired with chai have been my go-to remedy.

The good old Adrak chai/masala chai is the ideal help for an instant mood upliftment on a stressful day or just the first thing in the morning to start your day, while also being a healthy dose for health as well ☕

This concoction is one of the best and simplest ways to boost your immunity during monsoon and viral fevers/flu season-.

Here’s a quick recipe: pound some fresh ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and lemongrass in a mortar and add it into your boiling tea, you can choose to have it with milk or in just a plain black tea (can add honey as well).🐝🌿

This combination has some great benefits like

  • Reduces inflammation
  • Relieves stress
  • Helps with Digestive Problems
  • Rich in antioxidants
  • Relieves anxiety

Bonus tip: Along with these if someone in your family, friends, the neighborhood is suffering shows signs of dengue Giloy stems/leaves and tender papaya leaves concoction has been proven to help speed up recovery and increase platelets count

Disclaimer: Do this under medical supervisions, luckily noted that the allopathy doctors have been recommending these tips as well, this shows how nature has always been a crucial part of our human health 🌿

Along with this it is also important to follow few simple hygine practices in your kitchen and surroundings to curb mosquitos and parasites that carry these viruses.

Well these are some simple benefits of the good old ginger tea or the classic indian masala chai.
